Figure Drawing Website is Coming Along, (Slowly…)
Thank you to everyone who has sent me e-mails inquiring about when I’m going to have my figure drawing website up & running. I’m grateful for your interest! The answer is…….I’m not sure! Hopefully within the next month, but I cannot say for certain. It’s taking some time! I really want to do it right, not just slap something together. And of course, Kyle’s B&B takes priority, so I’m putting together this website to showcase my figure drawings in my spare time. I also plan to have a section of the website dedicated to the Frequently Asked Questions, (FAQs), I get from guys interested in getting into posing for figure drawings, (and I get a lot of those questions!). There doesn’t seem to be much info out there on the web about how to be successful at posing for drawing classes & artists, (especially for male models), so I think this is needed. Fortunately, I think I’m pretty qualified to give advice on this, as I’ve been in a lot of figure drawing classes & drawing groups, and I’ve seen firsthand how some male models do amazing work, and others do, well… not-so-amazing work. I’ve also heard from many guys who have real problems getting hired, and I think I have some good advice on how to not only get hired, but also to excel in the field. So, stay tuned for all of this…it’s coming soon! Thank you again for your interest and kind words, and, in the meantime, here’s another one of my recent figure drawings to whet your appetite:

Hey Greg,
Really nice drawing, but marred by name and date not being positioned at an unused corner or below the figure. Why block out such an important feature?
I enjoy your comics - wish more “intimacy” could be shown.

Cliff, thanks for the kind words…and the name & date are positioned where they are for a reason; my web-server does not allow frontal nudity, so, this is my own “self-censorship” so that the drawing can be posted. Hope you can “read between the lines” and enjoy it as is!

C’mon. Don’t turn Kyle B&B into something else. The current strip is very nice and sweet. No need to make it nude all the time.
